How to Start a BNI Chapter in Vermont
When you are interested in starting a BNI chapter in your community, follow these instructions:

STEP 1: Register For and Attend the bi-weekly "Start a BNI Chapter" online call (REGISTER HERE). This call is offered every other Monday morning from 8:00-9:00am EST and is hosted by a BNI Vermont Director.  This Director will be the person who supports you in forming your community's BNI chapter.

STEP 2: Work with BNI Vermont Executive Director, Vickie Wacek, to schedule a visit to a Showcase BNI Chapter in your area. (click here to contact Vickie to schedule this visit)

STEP 3: Fill out and turn in your New Member Application along with payment for membership.  Applications at this time are only in hard copy, so please contact the BNI Regional Office to request having an application mailed to you. Payments are accepted via check or credit card, and all payments for Newly Forming Chapters are held in Escrow until the chapter is Officially Chartered.

STEP 4: Work within your community to form a group of 10 business professionals with applications and payment.

Once you have 10 business professionals in your community ready to form your BNI chapter, a BNI Vermont Director will commute to your community weekly to host Stage 1 Pre Core meetings and coach everyone on how to grow the group to 25 members in 4 weeks.  And once 25 members have been reached, all members will receive 6 weeks of training on how to run the community's BNI chapter.
